JUNIOR CRICKET PROGRAMMES

Let’s get Back into Hardball!

Our hardball cricket workshops help our juniors prepare for an upcoming season of hardball cricket. These are perfect for players new to hardball cricket or returning players who wants to build their confidence. Sessions are run by Cricket Wellington ambassador coaches & designed to build confidence when facing the hardball through fun games.

The cost is $30 which covers three sessions at one of the below venues.

  • Venues & dates TBC & will be announced closer to the season start.

Year 8 Development Programme

The Year 8 Development Programme, delivered in partnership with Central Districts Cricket, offers Year 8 cricketers a dedicated pathway for skill enhancement and character building. Participants engage in weekly coaching sessions focused on technical fundamentals and the "Spirit of Cricket," led by experienced coaches. The season concludes with a multi-day festival, providing a competitive platform for selected players to apply their development in a tournament setting.

  • More details about the programme can be found here
