Cricket Wellington is recruiting Community Cricket Ambassadors to champion and support our tamariki and rangatahi in schools, clubs, and the wider community for the 2026/27 season. We have casual part-time roles available. If you are passionate about sport and enjoy working with tamariki to advocate for physical activity then we want you! The Community Cricket Ambassador role is varied, meaning no day is ever the same. Ambassadors are responsible for delivering fun, social, and active sessions in primary and intermediate schools, colleges and within the community. Ambassadors must have confidence in working with people of all ages, cultures and abilities.The remuneration for these roles is on-par with similar positions across the New Zealand Cricket Major Associations and wider Sport New Zealand – Ihi Aotearoa network.Cricket Wellington prides itself in offering all staff an excellent work environment and professional development opportunities.
