Expressions of Interest for positions within our Male Pathways system are now open until Friday 27th June!
There are five contract positions available throughout the pathway and the successful applicants will lead or assist coaching of players within our Under 19 and U17 Men’s and our Year 9 Boys Player Development Programmes as well as team coaching at their respective tournaments and games.
The Player Development Programme x 5 contract roles are:
- U19 Men’s Head Coach
- U19 Men’s Assistant Coach
- U17 Men’s Head Coach
- U17 Men’s Assistant Coach
- Year 9 Boys Head Coach
Applicants can express interest in one or multiple positions.
The purpose of the Player Development Programme (PDP) is to create an environment that promotes learning, an environment where players can develop an awareness of their game and the skills they need to play at a representative level consistently, and exposing players to key elements of Firebirds and Blaze processes.
