We are now at the red alert level in the COVID-19 traffic light system. Please see below overview regarding use of the WSC venues in alert level red.

  • Face masks are not essential when using the WSC facilities, but users must wear a mask when entering and exiting the venues and when using shared facilities i.e. toilets
  • All contact tracing procedures must be completed. Please input all participants details via Book-a-Net, and every individual entering the facility must also scan in via a QR code using the Government contact tracing app
  • Physical distancing is a critical part of limiting the potential for transmission – distancing of 1m must be adhered to at all venues
  • Hand sanitiser will be located around the three venues. Please ensure appropriate sanitisation measures are completed upon entry and exit of the venues
  • Where possible, please minimise sharing balls and equipment – under no circumstance should balls be polished or shined with saliva. We will also be monitoring the use of bowling machines to ensure these are not compromising individual safety
  • If you're unwell, stay home and if you have symptoms of cold or flu call your doctor or Healthline and get advice about being tested. If you have been told to self-isolate you must do so immediately

Please note Cricket Wellington will be monitoring the facilities, and failure to comply with these changes may result in memberships being suspended, cancelled or the hirer being banned from the facility. Additionally, if you feel users are not adhering to the above or are putting other venue users at risk, then please contact bridget@cricketwellington.co.nz
