Our School Holiday programmes are now permanent features of the Wellington School of Cricket calendar. We run five of these annually to coincide with the school holidays, including two over the summer school break. Our programmes are held in January, April, July, October, and December.

This programme is perfect for children who are starting out. The programme is run by a Cricket Wellington qualified coach and is recommended for children who are 6–9 years of age. It provides an opportunity for participants to learn basic cricket skills using drills developed by New Zealand Cricket, while having lots of fun.
The April 2018 SHP Programme will run on the 23rd, 24th, 26th, and 27th of April in our indoor training facility at Westpac Stadium. The programme will not run on ANZAC Day, 25th April.
The IHP is recommended for cricketers 10-12 years of age who want to improve their performance. It’s a cricket skill development course that also includes some Fundamental Physical Development Programme components to it. As a well-balanced course it is the perfect opportunity to work on your game and development as a cricketer.

ADVANCED SKILL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME (ASDP)
The Advanced Skill Development Programme is recommended for junior premier level cricketers and college cricketers (12 and above) who want high level development.
The programme will consist of advance batting, bowling and fielding skills and will discuss about Game scenarios. In this programme the bowling machine will be used for various activities.
