19 December: Year 8 Development Team Announced

The Year 8 Development Team has been selected after the Premier Grade season and a very impressive Year 8 Zone tournament.  Performances from both of these competitions were considered when selecting this team.

The Year 8 Development Team to play in the Year 9 zone tournament on 8-11 January is as follows:

There were a strong group of players that were close to making this team.  These players will be contacted about the Future Firebirds Training Programme in 2012.

Season Information

Junior cricket begins again on Saturday 28 January however we would love to see you at the Hawkins Basin Reserve on Friday 23 December to join in the fun at the HRV Fan Day.  Here you will meet the Firebirds and they will run activities for all the kids, the Firebirds, including Murali, will sign autographs and have plenty of giveaways.  Come and join us from 2-4pm and take a break from the last minute Christmas shopping.
